If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange by contacting us via email or Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• The product must be in its original, unused, and perfect condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging.

• Your request must be submitted within 3 days from the delivery date.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.

Please note that products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
